1. Overview This website, www.goodandsavvy.com, is operated by Good&Savvy ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 2. Our Store and How Orders Are Fulfilled Good&Savvy sells products from carefully selected partner brands and suppliers. Many items ship directly from these partners and not from our own warehouse, so one order may arrive in more than one package, on different days. Good&Savvy is still your point of contact for every order, question, and issue.
3. Eligibility You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use this site, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Products and Pricing We try hard to show products, colors, and descriptions accurately, but we can't guarantee that every description or screen display is exact or error-free. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look like they were placed by resellers or through fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
5. Orders and Payment When you place an order, you agree to give us current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. We don't store your full payment card details. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
6. Shipping and Delivery Estimated shipping times start when your order ships, not when you place it. Items from different partners may ship separately. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we aren't responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help you track down lost or delayed packages. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Because some items ship from partner suppliers, return instructions may differ by product. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the right return address.
8. Accounts If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
9. User Content and Feedback If you send us reviews, comments, or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you. You agree not to post anything unlawful, offensive, misleading, or infringing.
